Get missing WinHelp message when accessing MANavigator Help (Windows Vista and Windows 7)
The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows. However, you can download a program that will allow you to view Help created in the Windows Help format. For more information, go to the Microsoft Help and Support website.

How to upgrade Martial Arts Navigator data files
Download and install the FULL Installer executable from Administrator account on your computer.
Copy the old data.mdb file to the install directory (e.g. c:\program files\MANavigator8). Overwrite the existing sample data.mdb file if required.
Start up MANavigator using Username=owner and Password=owner.
Choose the update option when prompted to convert your old data file to the new format.
The new data file should open in trial mode, so you won't need a new key for a while.
Error Messages
* CRC Checksum Error - The installer file was somehow corrupted during the download transfer.
* Update:version5X26:Error:Type mismatch in expression - Contact customer support to resolve.
* #NAME? appears near top of Main Menu screen - Contact customer support to resolve.
* Cannot open this file. This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site.
On the local
and remote computers
1. Open MS Internet Explorer
browser (IE version 8 is required)

Click tools->InternetOptions

Click the Security tab

Click LocalIntranet icon

Click "Sites"

Uncheck the box called "Automatically detect intranet network"
(leave other boxes checked)

Close IE

Open MANavigator and attach to the remote network shared file data.mdb
How to "Unblock" a File after Internet or Email download
Unblocking a file is often required after if the file has been downloaded from the Internet or received as an email attachment. The file must be unblocked first before it can be used by various Windows programs.
* Log into account that has Administrator privileges
* Launch Windows Explorer and traverse to the directory containing the file
to unblock.
* Right click on the file name (data.mdb for example)
* Left click Properties
* Locate the "Security" section at the bottom of the Properties screen.
* Click the "Unblock" button.
* Click Apply button and then OK to close the screen.
* Now the file can be used
by Windows programs.
